We’ve seen a Boost in the Construction Sector

News that home builder, Barratt Developments has boosted prices - thanks to the government’s Help to Buy scheme and high demand from home buyers - is certainly welcome to the house building, and wider construction, sector.

What’s even better news is that success stories like that of Barratt’s are becoming increasingly frequent all across the country for both boutique homebuilders and their larger counterparts.

Having spent the best part of the last six years in an up hill struggle, thanks to the knock on effects of a failing economy, these small signs of recovery within the construction sector are making the future look a little brighter, and it’s not just great news for builders, we’re pretty pleased about it too!

Agency work is inherently varied – it’s one of the many perks of the job. One day we’re negotiating the cost of ad space in local media and the next we’re designing exhibition material for international clients.

While our overall experience enables us to adapt to work for different sectors and practices, it’s fair to say that we have our specialties, and marketing within the construction sector is one of them. Whether we’re delivering PR, or designing the marketing and sales materials, construction and development is what we’re passionate about.

As an integrated agency we can deliver complete campaigns, from the PR that will ensure planning applications are communicated effectively and well received, to the housing brochures for your sales team to hand out to prospective buyers.

As our team is there for the whole journey from the initial plans, to the handing over of the keys - our work is consistent, on message and always to the highest standard.

Examples of our work include projects with developers and homebuilders including Muse Developments, Cumbrian Homes and Linden Homes amongst others. Our latest project is a development of new homes in North Tyneside with longstanding Silver Bullet client, Dere Street Homes.

Dere’s Street’s ‘Stanton Court’ development is a unique and exclusive development of 14 semi-detached and courtyard, two bedroom bungalows in Preston Grange, North Shields for which we’re creating various marketing materials, from site plans to brochures and signage.

Watching plans come to life by creating a brand for a home, site or community is what we specialise in. There’s new life in the construction sector, especially in the northeast - if you want to make a success of this growing economy, talk to us.
