Case Study:
Haden Freeman

From our first meeting with Silver Bullet, it was clear that here was an agency that understood our business as well as their own – they were able to get to grips with what we actually do very quickly and then come back with great ideas about how to proactively increase our business. Technically, their copywriting, design, web development and print production is perfect whilst their good humour, patience and sheer skill makes them a pleasure to work with.

Wayne Baxter, Managing Director Haden Freeman Ltd

Loading The Barrel:

Established in 1985 as a process engineering consultancy, Haden Freeman had developed into a multi-disciplinary engineering resource working across all process sectors. Wishing to increase their profile prior to an expansion into Teesside, Silver Bullet were appointed to provide PR and marketing support services in 2014.

The Colour Mix:

The technical aspect of Haden Freeman projects was simply explained in new case studies produced to make the best use of available imagery whist a pro-active media service produced invaluable coverage in trade journal and websites. In addition, the service established links with Chemical cluster groups (eg, NEPIC), Higher Education establishments such as Teesside University, established and promoted the company on Social Media and designed and produced a variety of marketing collateral such as exhibition stands.

The Impact:

Enquiry levels increased, particularly from trade media coverage, which facilitated Haden Freeman sales personnel with new customers whilst also enabling closer links with existing clients. The expansion to Teesside resulted in new NE-based work whilst the new web site, launched in July 2016, reflected the new branding and helped create even further opportunities.
