Case Study:
Hadar Lighting
"We have enjoyed a very good relationship with Silver Bullet since 2009. Starting with specific project work, the agency quickly proved their worth raising our profile and enquiry levels. Their offshore and engineering knowledge is particularly useful to us whilst their design capabilities and no-nonsense approach to marketing is both refreshing and cost-effective."
Bob Scott, Divisional Director
Loading the Barrel:
Hadar Lighting, part of the Ashington-based A-Belco Group of companies, design and manufacture specialist lighting certified for Zone 1 and 2 Hazardous Areas applications. Marketing to an international customer base, especially in the offshore and onshore oil and gas sector, the brief was to raise the profile of the company and their products, particularly the innovative LED floodlights which were shortly to be launched as a world first.
The Colour Mix:
The agency’s experience and expertise in engineering accounts, particularly offshore oil exploration, was coupled with design flair to create a totally new image, reflected in the new website, technical and promotional literature. Attendance at international exhibitions such as Offshore Europe made the design and creation of a dedicated stand feasible whilst new adverts and implementation of a pro-active PR campaign to introduce the company and products to trade media raised the profile.
The Impact:
In this fiercely competitive market, Hadar Lighting rapidly increased their market share becoming specified as the sole Hazardous Area LED supplier for the prestigious Gorgon project in Australia. This is currently the world’s largest offshore gas development, and is just one of many sales highlights in a highly successful campaign that has helped the company to become one of the world leaders in this highly specialised sector.
