Can you afford not to save money on your utility bills?
It's a question we could probably guess the answer to, and one that our latest client is posing to a variety of commercial and residential outlets throughout the region, and beyond.
The recently established EnviroEnergy Systems Ltd set up shop with the sole purpose of reducing its customers' energy costs through the implementation of energy efficient technologies, working holistically in systems that are tailor-made for the building to which they're commissioned.
We all know that green energy systems are now well established for new build properties, whereas older buildings, especially those with multiple tenants or guests, are falling victim to significant amounts of wasted energy, astronomical bills and high running costs.
By using a broad selection of green, energy saving technologies, which act together to drastically reduce a building's fuel and water bills, the team at EnviroEnergy can provide environmentally friendly solutions to create very significant reductions in fuel and water bills whilst also harvesting your wasted energy.
Ed Marsh, Director of EnviroEnergy Systems, explained the challenge, "Whilst green energy systems new build properties go hand in hand, the retrofit market for commercial buildings is far more fragmented with different companies offering different equipment. The basis of our business is that we design and install bespoke green energy systems that meet the individual requirements of a building and work holistically to give the lowest possible pay back periods."
The team have had great initial success working for the public sector having installed highly effective systems at two Home Office Approved Premises in Newcastle. The results of which have seen reduced gas bills by 48%, electricity bills by 46% and water bills by 30%.
Such success makes our job as marketers a dream, especially as the business provides solutions for an issue as topical as green energy. We worked closely with EnviroEnergy to develop a brand that reflected the importance of what they do, as well as the quality of the service they provide.
Gemma Waller, Creative Director at Silver Bullet explains, "It feels like almost every day we're hearing another story on the news about increased energy prices and homes that are struggling because of this. What we hear less of is the businesses that are affected in the same way but on a much larger scale. As it's the commercial sector that EnviroEnergy will be providing their services too it was important to that a certain level of professionalism was inherent in the branding, as well as the green, energy efficient elements that make up the basis of their business."
"We developed a striking brand with a fresh environmental feel to it which was then rolled out over a whole suite of marketing materials ranging from stationery and e-marketing campaigns to corporate literature."
Silver Bullet Account Manager, Kerry Tudor continued, "We followed up on the development of the brand by implementing a strategy to spread the word of the business's initial success to generate new leads for the team."
"This involved acquiring a selection of databases from pre determined sectors and disseminating an introduction the company in three phases. These phases consisted of a PR campaign in trade press, a mail-shot/e-shot, followed up by the circulation of case studies and data sheets confirming the company's successful work to date."
"It's definitely an enjoyable account to work on, we're beginning to see some tangible results as more and more enquiries come through to the team and as more work is undertaken we'll continue to generate collateral on which to build interest in the company."
"I'm sure that before long people will be asking themselves whether they can afford not to speak to EnviroEnergy."
EnviroEnergy Systems Ltd is currently working on a variety of commercial projects for small hotels, leisure and care facilities within the North East region.
